How much does WordPress maintenance cost?
Plans are tailored to your site — a simple brochure site needs less than a busy WooCommerce store. Get in touch and I'll put together a quote based on what your site actually needs, with no unnecessary extras.
What if my site breaks or gets hacked?
If you're on a maintenance plan, emergency fixes are included as priority support. I'll respond quickly and resolve the issue — that's exactly what the plan is there for. For anything outside the scope of maintenance, I offer dedicated emergency WordPress support too.
Do you just click "update all" every month?
No. Updates are tested in a staging environment first, and I check for compatibility issues before anything goes live. Blind updates are how sites break — I take a more careful approach.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties. If it's not working for you, you can cancel with 30 days' notice — no hard feelings.
Do you only maintain WordPress sites?
WordPress and WooCommerce are my main focus, but I also maintain sites built on other platforms. Get in touch and we can discuss what you need.
Can you make small content changes as part of the plan?
Yes. Small content updates, text changes, image swaps and minor tweaks are all covered under priority support. For larger changes or new features, I'll quote those separately so there are no surprises.
